These days, consumers like to make informed decisions and purchases. Before buying a product or a service these individuals look out for detailed information about the said product and the company that makes it. For them, it becomes even more important if that product is a complex piece of domestic equipment, IT device, software or state-of-of-the art music system. A product/service explainer video is created using professional tools and techniques. The process typically begins with discussions; the purpose of this video, target audience, length and the way it is going to be produced.

These videos are created using actors, motion graphics and illustrations which are simply animated. Once the method is chosen the whole concept is converted into a storyboard. It means putting the entire idea on the paper. Next, a script is written, including the explanation or message which needs to be conveyed. Finally, illustrations are drawn or actors hired, which is followed by filming, voice over, editing etc. When the video is approved it is delivered in various popular formats to the owners.
