Mumbai has been one of the best residential cities in the country. Everyday we have around thousands of people migrating to Mumbai in search of jobs and well being as well as settling down with their families. Although finding the right house at the right price can often be an impossible task considering the fluctuating property rates of flats in Mumbai and other Greater Mumbai suburbs. Due to the expensive rates we have many more residential projects coming up in other parts of Mumbai that were once not even known for having a residential prospect. Thus it isn’t really shocking to see suburbs like Dahisar, Mira road and other areas around Thane getting more prominence in being converted into a residential hub. Properties in Dahisar are a classic example of this as today we have several skyscrapers come up in this suburb especially after the connection of the Link road towards the Western Express Highway.

Properties in Dahisar are comparatively cheaper than other surrounding suburbs and the lifestyle and standard of living still tends to be amazing. There are various shopping malls, popular fast food chains as well as worthwhile restaurants to let the citizens lead a stylish and sumptuous lifestyle. There are also various parks and other civic amenities opened up for the comfort of the citizen. Ideally, buying a flat in any other suburb would definitely give you a less comforting or similar experience at a more expensive price. This is the main reason why we have many flat seekers today opting to reside in Dahisar as it is a potential hub for a residence and isn’t that far from connecting other suburbs too considering the advancement of transport. Not only Dahisar but even the surrounding suburbs that have flats at similar rates are gaining more and more prominence lately. Flats in Mumbai on an average cannot be afforded by a common man considering their maintenance, possession and total tax payment coming into play. Suburbs like Andheri, Bandra, Malad have seen a significant rise in the property rates and people are wisely choosing on buying the right property even to invest in as the property rates keep changing/ fluctuating all the time. Flats in Dahisar are available on 2BHK to 3BHK basis as well as 1BHK for people looking out for a low cost flat. A 1BHk flat that you get in uptown suburbs has the same price of a 2BHK plush flat in Dahisar which easily sows how affordable and convenient it is to buy a flat in this suburb.

Property in Dahisar has seen an all new leap and the builders who thought of coming up with the idea of several residential projects too should be thanked for it. The suburb today is easily giving competition to many other residential hubs around Mumbai in terms of pricing and living stability/lifestyle. With few more years to come, it will be hard to imagine that it won’t see an all new residential transformation with more and more residents living in the suburb.

The reasons why citizens are opting to buy/invest in property in Dahisar and other suburbs.
