PTSD Healing Is Not Free

We should beware of merchants offering their goods for free.
Examine their motives, with strings attached, for healing PTSD.

Satan, and his demons are a type of merchant with strings, too.
He may suggest taking the easy way out in suicide, which is true.

Doctors, and therapists may make referrals for insurance to pay.
Their advice may be full of fluff, without substance, per say.

Speaking from my own traumatic experience, healing takes time.
It took years for me to be ready to face my issues in Divine rhyme!

The difference is that there were not professional people to help.
Those internal injuries of the mind were kept secret, without a yelp.

Lamentations 3:25,26,28,31,32 describe the spirit of silently waiting.
It explains the Lord “will not cast off forever” those hurt by hating.

Mercy comes, just as in the story of the wheat growing up with the tares.
Through the Great Father's compassion, we must wait knowing that He cares.

If the weeds were pulled up with the wheat, the latter may die, too.
When we grow up into higher levels of healing, so does what makes us blue.

There are trials, and tests of how much we can suffer without breaking.
These are mixed together (that remain unfinished) until the final baking.

The more ingredients put into a delicate dinner, the finer the entrée.
In a way, we with PTSD are not considered fast food put on a tray.

Unique, yet common are those ingredients that make up our traumatic pain.
Let us consider them as negative emotions like anger, and fear that remain.

The difference for those who experience the same is that these are kept inside.
Without a healthy way of releasing fear, and anger it continues to hide.

Healing is not fulfilled until these emotions are examined, and let loose.
The trick is to acknowledge our terrible event(s) without tightening a noose.

This becomes a slow, but meaningful process that has a personal cost.
It may mean that we, also, let go of people we may have grievously lost.

This letting the past go, and then letting be is significant for you, and me.
Doing so alone is quite impossible for it to be cleared completely.

We need to make an intention to the Great Father Sovereign Lord Emmanuel to intervene.
Trusting these holy Ones to pick up our burdens without being seen.

Perhaps, their wisdom included our trauma for completing a greater good.
We have become strengthened in our weakness, even if misunderstood.

Let us open our heart to the Great Father when we are in a storm while under spiritual attack.
Doing so will lift our love to His holy ear, and know that He has our back!

This may seem unlikely given our lack of resources that keep us down.
It could have been many years of sorrow, and want in life to make us frown.

The good news is that our prosperous time will come in perfect season.
By seeking out in forgiving contemplation our purpose helps us know the reason.
