Everyone wants to be happy, right? YES. Whatever you do in life, pursuing your career, building your business, going to college, or learning a new skill, it is for a reason. It calls come down to leading a happy life. For whatever reason you tell yourself, it is always you want more money, more time, more stability and ultimately HAPPINESS. So, your put lot of effort, and one day you finally made it. You passed your college exam, you became a professional in your field, maybe one of the best. You started a business and probably make good money from it. And if you're doing it right, you probably have time to spare for your other interest. Now don't get me wrong, these are all very good and noble thing to have in life. And yes, you definitely felt happy, maybe for a day, a week, or a few months. But sooner or later, you found every traces of happiness fade. So you thought,"Maybe it will last longer next time". And you start to plan for your next venture. Hoping to be successful again, and hoping that this time, happiness would last. You know what? It will be the same old story again. But why is happiness so elusive? And why does it not last? I need you to take a trip down your childhood. Say like when you are 8 years old. What is your family like? Rich, average or poor? Do you live in a huge mansion? Or do you live at best, at the average home? Do you recall being happy, the laughter, the joy, the light-footed steps? Embrace the feeling, and try to remember what is the cause of your happiness when you were young. It could be the play time with your friends, kicking balls in the field, a delicious meal cooked by your mom or most of the time, you would just woke up in the morning, enthusiastic to start the day, bursting with energy. That is pure happiness. That is the precious moment in your life. And that is what you have been chasing for so long, a pursuit one after another. So when did you actually stop to be happy? Where has all the good time gone? During your school? Burdened with your homeworks and exams? Pressured to excel? Or when you start going into high school, worrying about your future? Or it could be when you step into the working world as an adult, trying to make ends mean, or building your next empire? But what if, you didn't lost the happiness after all. You just forgot how to be happy. Somehow along the way, you are subtly programmed to think that you NEED to achieve certain result to be happy. Because you have associated happiness with rewards. So you waited for the next promotion, or the next big sales to ALLOW yourself to be happy. You waited to be successful before you allow happiness. But this is all wrong and does not need to be so. It is healthy to be successful. And being successful means achieving what you desired. And it has totally nothing to do with happiness. Do you see what has been wrong with your thinking, which deprived you of happiness? Success and happiness does not depend on each other. In fact, if you cannot be happy now, chances for you to be happy when you have achieved all your life goals are slim too. Happiness is within you. Tap into it and draw the refreshing energy out. And you'll find that your journey and quest to success is fun and exciting. Try it now.
