Throughout my life I’ve encountered several seemingly insurmountable obstacles ranging from extreme debt to significant weight gain. After struggling to understand why these issues kept popping up for me, I realized that I needed to work on the inner me before the outer me would experience any changes.

The process of moving from a life of pain and frustration to a life of deep happiness and overwhelming fulfillment has been a long one. However, after I fully committed myself to the teachings of the Personal Growth movement it became easier for me to see the thought patterns that had made me reach rock bottom in the first place. After that I knew what I truly wanted out of life – to share my discoveries with people that were struggling with similar issues.

I am now successfully paying down all of my accumulated debt and living a healthier lifestyle. Most of all, I am ecstatic about the life I have created for myself.
