Qnet is a very reputed and a multinational company which was founded in 1998 by Donna Marie. Qnet is a dynamic wellness and lifestyle company established to enrich the lives of its customers worldwide. They have many sub companies in over 22 countries worldwide with QNET as the administrative arm. They use interactive marketing, also known as word of mouth advertising and e-commerce to circulate their products. QNET provides a varied range of products from luxury and collectible products like rare minted coins, exquisite Swiss watches and holiday packages. There is a line of wellness and health products also and adding to this is their telecommunication packages and a whole lot more of products. rnThere has been a lot of speculation over the world that the Qnet company is a fraud and uses Pyramid schemes to drain out money from people. Pyramid schemes are often disguised or misunderstood as direct selling business but are fraudulent in nature as of real products are sold, while commissions are based only on the number of new members introduced in to a scheme. Thus a pyramid scheme is based purely on recruitment and not sales. Pyramid schemes charge money for people to enroll. Ultimately, only those involved in starting the scheme make money and no new members in the chain. Qnet is a global direct selling company and thus delivers quality products and services unlike in pyramid scheme where you get no legitimate products or services for your initial investment. Qnet spends millions on research and development to create exclusive and high quality products that are tailored to meet the lifestyle needs of people across the globe. Besides network marketers in Qnet don't necessarily need to recruit new members to earn a commission, because the business is mainly structured to reward people for promoting its products. Commission is made from the sale of products by a networker, and the people within his/her network. Commission made through recruitment is not merely for the recruitment itself, but because there are products sold with every starter kit. In a pyramid scheme, there is no financial return unless you have successfully enrolled others into the company. Qnet ensures a level of playing field through its compensation plans while most direct selling companies limit the number of people who can earn a commission off a sale. On the other hand, a typical example of a pyramid scheme is where uplines make all the money, while the downlines lag behind hopelessly because they were joined much later. This clearly proves the good side of the Qnet business Model.
