Demand for losing weight is already global and programs are not fewer to address the problem. One of the characteristics of the modern people is that they want to reach to the height of the Everest, if possible, within a second. The issue of quick weight loss should, therefore, be discussed carefully.
Quick weight loss program refers to planning for the health of the body, a perfect planning to the best of one’s ability.
Everyone must have a target to achieve. He must record his present weight before he begins the program. He must secure an idea of required diet for his case from an expert dietitian, well in advance. It is better to set a smaller target and go for it. He can plan to shred 1 pound or even half of a pound in a week and remain strict to the prescribed diet. He will find time to verify the result after four weeks. If the result is found to be unsatisfactory, he must review and plan again after consulting with his physician and dietitian. In most of the cases, the small targets are achieved if the person is sincere and devoted to his task.
It is important to note at the start that calories are necessary and that dieting should not lead one to eat as little as one can. Metabolism of the body should be allowed to function properly for one’s good health. Quick weight loss program demands that daily calories required for a woman and a man are 1200 and 1600 respectively.
Physical exercises play an important role in quick weight loss program. A disciplined dieter must learn what kind of physical exercises are suitable for him. He must learn it from an expert in this field. Actually, he should not do anything at random. There must be the best possible harmony between his dieting and exercises, otherwise he will miserably fail.
A quick weight loss program does not suggest that one should be deprived from pleasure of life. Dieting is to discipline one’s food habit. It is imperative to keep in mind that any kind of quick weight loss program must not be encouraged if it causes loss in energy.
