Everyone knows that smoking is a bad habit, not from the point of view of the traditional social ethics, but from the damage it has been doing to the whole of human health and civilization. Campaign against smoking highlighting the evil effects of this habit should be made always living vertically and horizontally in the society. The men and women, who feel helpless when they are told to leave this bad habit, should be made to live in a society where they can always, willingly and unwillingly, face the pronounced propaganda against smoking. They should learn daily how the lungs are affected and how the cardiac patients suffer if they cannot give up this habit of smoking. It has by now been established that the deadly disease called cancer is behind the smoking habit. Smokers are responsible to make their near and dear ones suffer although they do not smoke. They, actually, inhale the smoke of tobacco which is exhaled by the smokers. This is passive smoking, and it is found that passive smoking is far more dangerous. Campaign of these forms can work more than any kind of quit smoking tips. The statutory warnings printed on the surface of the cigarette packets presently almost roar as it describes link of smoking with cancer. Campaigning against smoking should be from all corners. The printed and electronic media should take it as a deadly battle which human must win. Message of the loss sure to be caused by smoking should be spread over each and every corner of the society through seminars and through displaying of short documentaries. The audio-visual effect is always stronger. Hundreds of quit smoking tips would not work unless the persons who cannot help but smoking take the final decision that she/he must leave smoking for good. It is suggested that they would succeed if they follow slow withdrawal process. It is hard to accept, because process allows the persons to be in touch with the nicotine intoxication. One should prepare oneself to quit smoking once for all. The habituated smokers should be slowly persuaded that they can do it and that it is nothing impossible.
