Cigarette smoke is very harmful. Whether you experience the smoke first or second hand, there is always a negative effect on your body. Nonetheless, smokers who want to enjoy the benefits of permanently breaking their smoking habit need to be patient because it takes time and requires effort. Moreover, you can save a lot of money by quitting smoking as you are simply wasting your money while buying cigar packets.
