Aerobic exercises like running, cycling or swimming will elevate your energy level and help you to keep fit and healthy. • In order to stay energetic for the entire day, it is important to get sufficient sleep. You need to complete 7-8 hrs of sleep to remain active. • Take out some quality time for yourself. Plan and think ahead so that you may not land up being over-stressed. rnYou need to practice some very simple things to improve your energy levels and lead a balanced lifestyle. You need to get adequate amount of sleep, stay physically active, maintain emotional and mental balance, stay apparent of awful habits and remain contented and disciplined to enjoy every moment of life.
