Raw Chocolate Pudding

This is one of the easiest recipes for a mood enhancing treats with both whole and superfoods built right in. Raw chocolatenhances serotonin, dopamine and Oxytocin hormones! Superfoods include coconut, raw cacao ( chocolate),and raw honey. These high quality ingredients will help in creating all those wonderful “feel good” hormones and it calls for nothing more than pour, mix, blend and eat. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

½ cup of coconut water

1 Hass avocado, ripe

¾ cup of cashews, soaked 1 hour, rinsed and drained

6 tbsp raw cocoa powder

6 tbsp honey, raw

3 tsp NuStevia, or agave (to taste)

½ tbsp. of vanilla

Directions:

Put coconut water into the blender first…add the other ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate and or add ice into the blender if you want to add immediate COLD. YOu can also put this in the freezer…tastes like chocolate ice cream.
