Now that you've gone through what has been the worst winter in recent memory, probably one ... what is your plan for next year? Probably nothing, because that's what most people do when a crisis (snow, ice and freezing weather) to do so. If I have understood and digested the winter in Florida are unlikely to escape ... I would have beaten path of what everyone down here called Paradise.

And that's just the beginning!

Real estate debacle has created buying opportunity in life. No, I'm not a Realtor but I do know that most Americans are even vaguely aware of SW Florida, bargain prices. I'm talking about in private gated communities that cater to the "over 55 years of age" crowd. Many home-made at "bargain basement" prices have to be one of America's best-kept secrets and with a little homework you can find a place next to NOTHING! I know ... because I found two!

Now you may think that I have ulterior motive for passing the secret information about you, but I'm sorry to inform you that it is only smoke and mirrors of your excuses for inaction. If you think that the Florida sun is for you ... That's ok, but next winter when it's time to pull Ben-Gay to the truth of those aches and pains from too much shoveling you-know-what, know that you had the chance-of-a-lifetime to enjoy Paradise "on the Cheap."

Just what is affordable, you can ask. Fair question. How about $ 0 (not uncommon) for "master-uppers" or highly motivated owners 10Kor less. Why so inexpensive? The reasons are varied, but few have anything to do with any dissatisfaction with the environment. Many of these communities were founded in the late 70's and early 80's. People who have bought and built back then are now approaching the time when it comes to the differing needs of their age (remember this for a moment). Real estate debacle has evolved over the past five years, and these two factors collided, not to mention unemployment, and the rest is history. Excess inventory of housing has been hit hard, especially middle-income housing market and too many properties for sale. Ergo, it is the buyers market which is now, but it does not last forever and opportunists are working at the moment.

Think out-of-the-box "and explore the possibility of changing opportunities, you'll be glad you did.

I worked for myself and was self supporting nearly 50 years. I succeeded, failed, and earned a living mostly only work with a partner or himself at that time. There was a time when I worked for others that I have a working knowledge of the signing of checks at the front, as well as support!

I invented something and started to work with the most number of companies gratifying results.
