If you are a localite, then you don’t have to worry because you know where to invest or buy property in this busy city of Mumbai. But if you do not belong to this city, then it is really a task to get a flat you want in a budget that fits your pocket. There are many suburbs that are enjoying the limelight lately. Property in Andheri is one of them, as many big real estate developers are building the sprawling towers at a rapid rate with an attempt to make a mark here and to suffice the needs of the people.

Andheri has been on the rise in improving its infrastructure in terms of real estate as well as business. Many companies prefer this suburb over any other to settle down their head offices and the core of their businesses. A very valid reason for it is that this suburb is very well connected to the other major suburbs like Dadar and the entire central line, completing its relation with the sphere of the entire city. This connection helps the businesses to spread in a great manner and at a faster pace. The real estate in Mumbai is thus gaining commercial as well as residential importance at the same speed.

The people wish to locate in a place where they work and so Andheri is a spot of interest for the property buyers. Real estate had never gained this huge momentum than ever before. Many of them buy places that they cannot afford, but still they buy it to have that status of living. Flats in Andheri are available in all possible sizes and at convenient costs. The increasing need of the same is being the main reason that the property rates are sky rocketing. The flats here are available from Rs. 3000-6000 per sq.ft. You get numerous facilities as per your requirements and the amount of money you are actually willing to spend. This place has many multiplexes and malls that have made it a reason for being a mass attraction. Many builders are encroaching Andheri with their commercial projects also, so that it leaves no stone unturned in making this place the most desired one.

These reasons have made Andheri a very costly place to buy property in. Owning property in Andheri is a farfetched dream, if you don’t have a fat budget. Claiming to build many reasonable properties, few builders are trying to bring down the property rates and offer places for the common middle class man as everyone cannot afford a posh apartments. But frankly speaking there is not even a single soul that doesn’t like profit. So it is a job of great liability, to find a property suitable to you, of a reliable builder and it doesn’t matter if you are finding the place yourself or with the help of a property broker. It is a suburb worth your attention in every aspect, where you can live and flourish with Mumbai backing you up.
