It is very effective but often overlooked method of selling and renting your home and its selling door to door flyers to their property in the neighborhood. Residents who live near their property to know what is - a friend, colleague or family member of the housing market that they can pass on to your flyer. You can also attract immediate attention of a neighbor who is willing to buy or move up or down in their homes. If you are local and do not mind running around the neighborhood for yourself, this method will only cost you a few hours, plus printing costs. If you are not available for distribution, or simply have better things to do, paying someone to distribute flyers are very inexpensive and extremely cost-effective, if the sale or a qualified tenant location. Just remember that a quick run through the neighborhood flyers have been distributed to if you pay someone to do it. With regard to the contents of a flyer, it's worth it to take some quality photos of interior and exterior of the house. If your main selling point is the quality of the assets, make sure that they function in full color along with some basic specs at home. If you're advertising to rent their own means a lot to make sure that your analysis of the numbers marked and easily understood. Also, be sure to emphasize that this property is in their neighborhood and that it gives them the opportunity to choose their new neighbor. Finally, be sure to include all your contact information: your telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and 24 hour recorded information line if you have one. More expensive version of this method is to use direct mail to target your property in the neighborhood. Again, you want to adjust your marketing message, and let them know that this is their chance to mold the neighborhood helping to choose new neighbors. In order to maximize your exposure, try using both direct mail and flyer distribution methods, the time a few weeks to make sure as many neighbors as possible to get your message that you have a large real estate sale or rent in their neighborhood.
