It trains and prepares capable individuals and recruit them for the right jobs. The recent endeavor of IBPS is the CWE in 2011. This exam will allow recruitment into 19 public sector banks of India. After clearing this exam, candidates who would be recruited for Bank Po posts and other clerical posts in the banks. The candidates can present their score card and gain entry to the interview round, if any vacancy arises in the 19 banks involved.rnStaff Selection Commission: SSC aims at recruiting individuals for group B and all non technical posts in various ministries of the government.
