The best way is to create the scent products that are made for such use. Many times the oil to heat to release the aroma of healing. There are candles or heaters that are effective and the delicious smell around them. Sometimes, a more potent need is to add oil to hot water and holding your face over a pot with a towel over his head.
A direct application of certain oils, such as sage, geranium and lavender can be applied directly into the abdomen. This will help relieve cramps and pains. The application of drops of specific essential oils for a bath will also help the relaxing effects of a bath. These suggestions are not a cure-all. The group of mothers who received aromatherapy massage had significantly less postpartum depression. Mothers who received no attention had significantly more anxiety and less attachment to their babies.
This is just one of many studies. For some it may seem too good to be true that a simple smell can have a drastic effect. There are some who believe that plants that produce these oils have a divine purpose and were intended for the relief of humanity.
