Remove Barriers to Reach Financial Freedom
- Aloneness: Everyone understands money management, but me. The primary mistaken belief individuals carry is that other adults manages money better. In actuality, the data shows that most adults do not save money and incur lost of debt. According to LearnVest’s 2011 study, 76% of people are anxious about their personal finances. Reviewing this information leads to the thought that individuals feel off-track about their personal finances. I hope everyone reading this article realizes they are not alone. There are many adults that don’t know how to manage their money.
- Feelings of Inadequacy: I feel bad and ashamed that I don’t know how to manage money well. The 76% of individuals that feel stressed believe they should know how to manage their personal finances. My question is if you were not taught how can you know? It is not included in our educational system, and it is an underlying issue that adults don’t know money management. I learned my first money management skills from my parents. In college, I realized everyone wasn’t educated about money management at home. I encourage each person to release feelings of incompetency because they weren’t taught proper money management. Replace bad feelings with acceptance that you need to learn then make the effort to get the knowledge. It is possible to cultivate your money management to financially thrive. Let go of negative emotions about your past financial mistakes.
- Money management is confusing: I have ambitious clients who essentially concentrated on family, career and ways of life. While these are worthy objectives, they take priority over learning money management proficiencies. They need a well organized compact process that is effectual, and can be incorporated into their current patterns. Most adults think they make a sufficient income, so they are satisfied with their average financial position. It is preferable to think you can do extremely well if you re-examine your financial potential. Once you analyze your personal finances and determine your objectives, you can create a plan that is practical and beneficial. The plan can be convenient for using money in a way that is meaningful to you, enables you to save money & clear your debts. I insure you that your plan can be simple and efficient as long as you commit to doing the work and keeping it up.
