Moving can be a strong incentive, whether it is a new place of residence in the city, you just move, or simply moving your old town. While the change might be nice, it is good to know the pressure and responsibility that the movement will need in advance.

It is wise to be forewarned about the rules and regulations that are to place your new location and, therefore, that the investigation will certainly help to promote harmony in there. This knowledge will help you live an interesting and peaceful as well as the landlord will just glad that you are not making waves.

There will be a lease agreement that will require your signature. Go through the document carefully and make sure you are clear on all points, including those who do not like about you. Always be polite while talking about the owner with any questions and be prepared for a very fair and flexible with your requests for changes.

Tour your new apartment and point out any maintenance or repair work to be done before you move in. If your contract allows it, to ask to do minor jobs for yourself, which may allow you to ask for lower rent.

While the residence, make sure you have landlord agreement before the start of the repair requests to be made. You must also keep all communications made, preferably in writing, your own safety, along with detailed information about the work, and make sure that the home owner is not too much.

If you need to move again, do it after the home owner communication. If you suddenly leave, the landlord can and will take you to court, asking for lost rental income. He will have the right to do so, particularly where such notice is provided by leaving.

Intentional damage to the house is prohibited, so do not do it. You have to respect their agreement and your landlord, so make sure that a special effort to maintain an acceptable state of your home throughout their stay there.

If you ever need to defer the rent, notify your landlord. Leases usually must be paid on time and the agreement signed provides for that. Your landlord may require that you pay, so we have a very good reason not to, and receive his approval immediately. In this way, there will be no problems in the future.
