1. Water quality. Good tea can only be matched with good tea. The water quality is soft and hard, which can affect the sensory quality of tea soup such as color, aroma and taste. "Hard water" generally refers to water that contains more soluble calcium and magnesium compounds. Conversely, water that contains no or less soluble calcium and magnesium compounds is called "soft water." 4. Brewing time. The brewing time of green tea is generally 2 to 3 minutes, it is best to drink freshly. When brewing, you can first moisten the tea leaves with 1/4 of water, and then drink it after 20 seconds or half a minute. The brewing time of black tea is preferably 3 to 5 minutes. The number of brewing times can be divided according to the quality of the tea, and is generally 2 to 3 times. Oolong tea can be brewed many times, and good quality can be brewed 7 to 8 times, each brewing time from short to long, preferably 2 to 5 minutes. For black tea such as Pu-erh tea, it takes 10 to 20 seconds to quickly wash the tea during the first brewing, which can not only filter out the impurities in the tea, but also make the subsequent tea soup more fragrant. The subsequent brewing time is generally 2 ~ 3 minutes is better.
