Dahisar, a part of the Mumbai suburb previous a part of Thane district is one of the well known suburbs of Mumbai. The suburb once a barren land of wilderness and hardly any developed spaces is a now a place with hundreds of commercial and residential projects in Dahisar that has helped in keeping the city in pace with the ever running city. Mumbai is one of the most exuberant and well known cities of the world. Well known for its lively spirits at the time of adversities and prosperities the city has seen everything. The city in terms of real estate has always been skeptical and finding the right place for your dream home or office is a difficult job. The rates of properties in Dahisar are no exception and the rates graph has always been going upstairs and never seems to be coming down. It had also been an ideal location for quite some film shoot of the film world. The suburb being closely situated to Borivali, one of the other top notch suburbs of Mumbai is perhaps one of the reasons for their inflated rates. Being closely located to the National park that marks the wild and tranquility of the city was also one of the reasons for its property hike. The suburb is also the ‘Check Naka’ that connects Mumbai to various parts of the country through roads. The suburb has had some old residential areas like the Medina Manzil, Gol Building and Patel Colony and one of the best places around the suburb. After the development of these areas the suburb saw quite a rise in the development of residential properties. Then comes areas like Avdhoot Nagar, Misquitta Nagar and one of the best residential areas of the suburb, Anand Nagar. One of the landmarks of the suburban land is the NL Complex that is the home to many residential complexes and recreational zones. It has the Indraprastha Enclave that is the largest residential area in Dahisar and an elite residential space that has some of the best flats in Dahisar. The suburb is also closely located to the Western Express Highway that connects various highways of the country and is one of the prime roadways of the country. The suburb has many entertainment options with a wide range of Cineplex’s, malls and other such spots for the fun and frolic of the people in the suburb that is an added advantage for the undergoing residential projects in Dahisar. Bhakti Complex is one of the well known ‘Addas’ or hangout places of the suburb with cafés and restaurants. They also have many well known schools and international schools providing the best education options for the children of the suburb. It has also been a quite jubilant suburb in terms of sports and Football is one of the most followed sports around the suburb with the Dahisar Sports Club having plethora of options. They also have a many temples and places of worship like Bhatala Devi Mandir that is one of the oldest and well known temples of the suburb. All these add up for the high rates and quality living at residential properties in Dahisar.
