Each year over 25 million people suffer intense migraine headaches. The sad reality is that while most find relief taking medications, the head pain never goes away. It always come back. There is lost of time, quality of life and long term expenses. Migraine headaches are triggered by many things, making it unrealistic to find a medication cure.
While traditional research cites vascular irregularities, genetic predisposition, hormones, sinus problems and fluctuations in the pain-regulating chemical serotonin as the causes of headaches, alte
ative medical practitioners look for the mechanisms beneath these conditions, such as stress, food allergies, environmental sensitivities, dental factors, structural spinal misalignment, jaw imbalance and digestive disturbances.
According to WebMD, the most common migraine triggers are:
° Emotional stressrn° Menstrual periodsrn° Sleep pattern changern° Specific foodsrn° Excess caffeine and cigarettesrn° Skipping mealsrn° Weather changesrn° Exercisern° Bright lightsrn° Odors
Based on his clinical experience, James Braly, MD, an allergy expert in Hollywood, Florida, states that 85% of all migraine headaches are directly linked to food allergies. A study reported in The Lancet medical journal confirms Dr. Braly's experience. It cited relief for 92% of the study's migraine sufferers when allergenic foods were eliminated from the diet. Most patients were allergic to more than one food and, not surprisingly, the offending allergens were often among the patient's favorite foods, with the most common offenders being cow's milk, eggs, wheat, cheese, along with preservatives and food colorings. A double-blind experiment also proved that when these foods were reintroduced into the study group's diet, the migraine pain would reoccur.
Headaches are often related to hormones or stress. From my experience, when food allergies are eliminated, migraines dramatically decrease. Even if the headaches are hormonally timed, once "all allergies" are eliminated, migraines are minimal or resolved. Say good-bye to migraines. A holistic technique, called NAET (pronounced nate) works to resolve food allergies permanently. There are over 10,000 NAET practitioners worldwide, which includes medical doctors, nurses, homeopaths, chiropractors and acupuncturists.
With many years of experience in treating food allergies, I've learned what to look for and understand individual biochemical nuances. Many food reactions occur in a "delayed" manner, often hours later or even the next day. That is why people don't realize they are sensitive to certain foods.
Eliminating recurring headaches permanently can be accomplished, not miraculously or instantaneously, but in time, often in six months to one year. Ideally, there would be one specific cause of migraines, like a virus or a genetic mutation. But until science discovers the cause of migraines, we need to focus on what provides lasting relief. My clinical experience is; by eliminating migraine triggers - symptoms disappear.
My goal is:
(1) desensitize the patient's body response to stress, which includes verifying if the pituitary, hypothalamus and adrenals are being affected.
(2) balance major hormones
(3) eliminate all food allergies
What I love about this powerful approach is that it's very safe, without side-effects, it’s relatively inexpensive and improves the quality of each patient's life.

When hormones are balanced, the body tends to feel resilient and steady. When they are not, even small imbalances can have widespread effects. One of the most noticeable areas hormones impact is energy. Hormones such as cor
