Are you one of those individuals who find it difficult to wake up in the morning and do you always feel like you are tired and exhausted ? Do you often get irritated at others? Are you always craving something sweet and do you like to go on junk food binges ? Do you have problems getting a good nights sleep? If your answer to most of these questions is yes, then you may be one of the many people who are suffering from a condition that is known as chronic fatigue and sensation of tiredness.
There are several factors that are contributing to your feelings of exhaustion such as a demanding job and boss, staying up too late at night watching television, not having enough money to pay your bills and live on.
The stress that we have to deal with each and every day of our lives takes a lot of energy out of our bodies, but the good news is that there are natural ways to restore that energy that you have lost . Lets take a look at some of these natural remedies where there are no synthetic vitamins required.
Make sure that you start your day off right with a healthy wholesome breakfast. I sure that we all remember our mothers telling us that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and guess what, they were right. Breakfast is one of most skipped meals of the day and many people are in so much of a hurry to get going that they substitute snacks in place of a good breakfast and all this does on a regular basis is to increase their chances for becoming overweight. By eating breakfast, our bodies get a lift and it gives us energy to accomplish the tasks that lay ahead of us. When we are overweight, it tends to make us feel sluggish and heavy. A good breakfast should consist of a serving of fruit, cereal, bread and a glass of milk. Coffee will also stimulate our systems and it is rich in antioxidants.
Be careful what you put on your plate to eat. Try to choose foods that are natural energy boosters. A good example are foods that are rich in Vitamin C that are known as antioxidants. These foods help to protect our bodies cells from premature aging. They also strengthen our immune system to help our bodies fight off infections. The energy that is found in carbohydrates, fats and protein is released by enzymes that are assisted by Vitamin B. Even though these vitamins do not directly give us energy, they are an important part in the body process and are necessary for chemical reactions that produce energy. Make sure when buying vegetables that you choose the ones that are the brightest and deepest in color as these are the ones that are the most nutritious and better for you.
Do not over indulge yourself with caffeine, sugar or alcohol . When the human body consumes too much sugar, it reacts by producing less insulin which is the hormone that is responsible for delivering sugar or glucose into the cells in your body for energy. The result is that the sugar stays in your bloodstream instead of going into your cells and this gives you a feeling of fatigue and tiredness.
Take the time to relax so your body will have time to recharge itself. Although most of your energy has been zapped by anxiety and stress during the day, you need to make time for yourself. Before you go to bed , take a few minutes to meditate and take some long deep breaths before you get out of bed in the morning. This is an excellent way to release any tension that you may be experiencing. Try not to be too hard on yourself because your mind needs rest as much as your body does, so you can put all of your worries to rest.
If you experience fatigue or tiredness over a long period of time, it can have negative effects on your job performance as well as your social life including your personal relationships. That is why it is up to you to take the necessary steps to restore your energy the natural way and live life to the fullest.
