Highly Concentrated Diet The finest fat burning food you can include into your meal plan must be vitamin rich. Foods with high levels of vitamins will provide the best foundation for health and vitality. Nutrition rich foods can supply your body with everything it requires to generate your daily energy. More energy is going to help your dieting results, and won't be detrimental to them. This energy will make you active and keep you active. Large concentrations of vitamins will be found in Bananas, Blueberries, Cantaloupe, Raisins, Raspberries, Strawberries, Watermelon, Apples, Apricots, and Cranberries. Nutritionally Dense Food Foods that are vitamin and mineral dense are the best fat burning foods available. Good quality concentrated food supplies the body with the necessary nutrients for longevity. Certainly not all food can fill this bill. This is just not the case for all food items that are available. An example would be grapefruit which provides all of the daily requirement of the anti-oxidant vitami C. Densely nutritious food will not require you eat large amounts to get the benefit of its nutritional value. This is may not be said about other food which may be processed or just not have the high level of vitamins and minerals. Try some of these nutritionally dense foods: Spinach, Squash, Swiss chard, Squash, winter, Sweet potatoes Olives, Onions, Potatoes, Romaine lettuce, Tomatoes, Turnip greens, and Yams. Fresh and Unprocessed Food Without any doubt whole food that is fresh and unprocessed is the best fat burning food. You don’t have to be conce ed that all of the food’s nutrients have been stripped by processing. Remember, processing is not about making food more nutritious, but extending shelf life. Foods are processed to prolong their shelf life and have had some if not all of its nutritional value removed. Whole foods keep their dense levels of vitamins and minerals by staying whole and untouched by processing. Vitamins and minerals in whole foods are the same as those produced in the growth of the foods and not in a laboratory. Good examples of fresh foods are; Lima beans, Tofu, Black beans, Peas, Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), Kidney beans, Lentils, Navy beans, Pinto beans, and Soybeans. Low Fat Content No doubt that the top fat burning food is going to be full of vitamins and minerals but it will also be low in fat. Now keep in mind this doesn’t mean zero-fat as the body requires a certain amount fat in the diet for necessary functions. Remember, the body requires a moderate amount of fat in the diet and should not have to rely on carbohydrates for the glucose it needs for energy. A low fat diet will supply you the fat the body requires but not too much to prevent fat burning. The energy produced from fat is a good source of energy contrasted to carbohydrate energy. So be sensible about how the amount of fat you include when preparing meals. Instead of snacking high fat snacks, check out these low fat snacks; Sunflower seeds, Walnuts, Almonds, Cashews, Flaxseeds, Olive oil, extra virgin, Peanuts, Pumpkin seeds, and Sesame seeds.
