HP as been trying to make a conscious steps in making the new laptop a more stylish. HP as been falling behind the other brands like Sony and Apple. The glossy look and shiny cover has made HP more popular and in the same trend HP has launched the new HP Pavilion dv6-6090ee . HP's new product is a good replacement for the Desktop and has some fine feature with good look. We have reviewed HP's new Laptop for you. Appearance rnThe design is no bought attractive and sleek with shiny finishing touch. The screen is large enough and is similar to the Dell Inspiron E1505. However the laptop is much lighter and you can easily make out weight difference. The laptop weights 2.65 Kg which is decent for the portable for the desktop replacement. Like most of the Pavilion laptops you have some touch keys above the keyboard that helps you to manage the music and media player. The sensors would make a sweet beep with every key you press. However if you want you can disable the sound alert. Display rnHP's dv6-6090ee has a display of 15.6 inch with a resolution of 1,366 x 768 pixel is far more better than any other in the range. The glossy finishing of the laptop makes the display and color far better than you can bargain for. In case you like using the web cam you would be amused as at the 1.3 megapixel webcam as it is very useful and for video conferencing. ConfigurationrnThe new product from HP has been shipped with maximum of 8GB of RAM which has been assisted with Radeon HD 6770M which has been fine for the almost all the high end games that you play on the laptop or a desktop. The Laptop comes with the Windows XP and in case you want you can change the Operating system you can chose Windows Vista. The Hard Disk that you get with the Laptop is 1TB and the best part of the laptop is the sound is ideal for the kind of light laptop it is. ConnectivityrnFor the wireless internet you get 802.11 b/g/n Wireless LAN and it is complimented with Blue-Ray Optical Driver which gives you a chance for the blue ray experience. The other features that are included are USB 2.0 which is the most popular way to connect the Laptop to it's devices. However the battery life has not been very impressive as the battery. The battery stays little over 2 hrs if you are only using light application and browsing internet. However the life of the battery is only 50 something minutes with High definition videos or Blue Ray videos. To concludes with I would like to mention that, HP Pavilion dv6-6090ee is a good choice to make as the Laptop is a good replacement for the desktop in all sense.
