Samadhi Mandir
Popularly referred as the 'Shirdi Sai Baba Temple', Samadhi Mandir is an important religious attraction in Shirdi. Built by an affluent devotee of Sai Baba, the temple dates back to 1912-1918. He wished to position the idol of Muralidhar, a Hindu deity at this place but Sai Baba became the deity here. After his death, his 'Samadhi' or memorial was built using white marble at the place. Shri Gurusthan Mandir
Known as one of the important Shirdi religious destinations, it holds a great significance among the devotees of Sai Baba. This is the place in Shirdi where Sai Baba first appeared as a boy of 16 years. It is considered to be the 'Gurusthan' or 'Seat of the Teacher' of Shri Sai Baba. People visit the place with great hopes and wishes as this religious spot is the place where no prayer goes unanswered. There is a tree under which Baba meditated.
Dwarkamai (Mosque)
It is a sacred mosque, which you can visit during your Shirdi tour. This is the place where Sai Baba used to sojou
when he paid a visit to Shirdi for the second time. Lies to the right of the doorway to Sai Temple, it draws attention of devotees visiting the famous temple of Shirdi. It houses that shila or stone on which Baba used to sit. The pious fire that Sai Baba used to light has still been kept burning. From this fire, people get the holy Vibhuti as the blessings of Shirdi Sai Baba.
Khandoba Mandir
Tourists can explore this beautiful temple where Sai Baba was welcomed by saying, “Aao Sai”, in Shirdi for the second time with Shirdi travel guide. Situated on the main road, the temple houses the icons of Khandoba, Banai and Mhalsai.
Maruti Temple
This temple is of great significance to Sai Baba as he used to pay a visit here on a regular basis. With the assistance of Devidas, a bal yogi or young devout, several satsangs or religious sermons were also conducted at the place.
