There are three ways to define revolutionary leadership for corporate leaders. It can be viewed differently, especially in relation to historic leadership and examples of leaders. One important thing with understanding on this leadership is that it helps to know and understand the world politics and ways of governance by tracing the history of leaders, especially corporate leaders. The other important thing of knowing revolutionary leadership and different forms of it is that it can help the prediction of future revolutionary governments and leaderships forms. The three ways that can help one understand this kind of leadership are as follows: One of the ways in which one can understand it is studying the charismatic authorities. The personality of the leader determines the authority coming from charisma. It can be said to be an ability of getting loyal followers. Revolution needs significant person or peoples of different background. Articulation of rational argument can not be enough in revolution. For this case in order for the leaders to strengthen their leadership, they require certain powerful ideology. This ideology can also be known as the divine justification. The other way of understanding revolutionary leadership for corporate leaders is study of traditional authority. This can be viewed in two different ways. It can be either paternalism or feudalism. In paternalism, the governance is conducted by those picked by former leaders to succeed them. Though feudalism relies on history just like the other form, it differs in the sense that its leadership hierarchy is controlled by the military. In this case, it happens to be both socioeconomic and military forces that hold up the governance. Revolutionary leaders may, in most cases, introduce traditional ways of leadership when it helps them build links with former leaders. There is also another way in which revolutionary leadership can be understood. This is through rational-legal governance that is taken from a legal code that already exists. The government uses a forceful monopoly to trigger in bureaucracy as a way of justifying these codes. In this case, a revolution leader who proves that the current authorities are going against the set legal framework can claim a revolution to claim legal governance. In connection to this, where the ruling government that was elected in a democratic way is overthrown by a coup of military, the parties that are in connection to it can call for legal codes usurpation. The other thing is that revolutionary leadership can be a collection of more than one authority. This type of leadership mostly depends with the government formation. A charismatic leader who propagates ration-legal governance style can greatly destabilize a traditional government. The flexibility of this form of revolution leadership comes where it is free to take any leadership route after it has been established. A government led in a charismatic way can amend its ways by diverting its governance into that of rational bureaucracy after its naming. This is by assuming a traditional way of appointing a leader. After the charismatic government is set, it can either appoint a leader through nomination or conduct succession based on heredity.
