In today’s corporate era, Human Resource Management has moved on from merely doing the Hire and Fire activities to helping in building strategy to meet the organization objectives and goals. It takes a high level of cooperation and collaboration, an adaptable growth strategy, and, most importantly, serious dedication. Quite simply, they empowered HR professionals to make key decisions to improve company culture and increase productivity.
