• Minimum age of the aspiring candidate should be 18 years and maximum age limit is 28 years
Educational Qualifications:

• Candidate must complete the minimum 10th standard
• Candidate need to complete the ITI (approved by NCVT/ SCVT) in any specific trade to apply for this post.
• Candidates who completed the Diploma in Engineering are also eligibler

Medical Standards:

Candidate must have high leveled medical standard which is no other category required so far. Loco running men, railway drivers must have the highest standard of medical fitness in medical. This medical standard must maintain from the period of joining and up to the end of carrier as Railway driver.

Nationality:

Candidate must be a citizen of India. A person of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma,srilanka, eastern Africa countries like Kenya,Uganda,tanzaina,Malawi,zaira,Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
