Creating data in excel is very familiar today. Many people choose excel to save their records and store their data in excel because it is very easy to use and handle and also it graphical interface is very user friendly. Even people use excels to save and store their contacts as well. Many of the business man use Excel to save their employee contacts information and also their customer contact records but unfortunately excel is not supported by the many of the Software especially email clients like Thunderbird, Lotus as well. Outlook and many other client support .vcf file format which is also known as vCard file format. This format is used in all types of the email clients and mobile devices as well.
