O: Over-Delivering

When you go out of your way to show that you value a client, you’re over-delivering. And over-delivering is a key part of achieving success in business.
I routinely over-deliver for my students, as I actively listen to what they want at my events. For example, they like when I invite guest speakers but want me to personally conduct more teaching sessions at events.
