Constantly tired, overweight, and out of shape perfectly described my life just a few short years ago. I was on the same downward spiral that many of you likely face.

I knew that I wasn’t living the healthiest life and wanted to get in better shape but I could never stick with a diet or exercise routine. I always found myself going back to my old ways.

I needed a foolproof solution, which is exactly what I found. I managed to turn my life around. I dropped the fat, built muscle, and am now in the best shape of my life.

I can finally sleep through the night without tossing and turning. I wake up feeling refreshed instead of wanting to stay in bed. I have more energy throughout the day and feel better about myself.

The same secret to fat burning could revolutionize you as well. First, I want to tell you a little more about my story:

Struggling to Diet or Exercise

I’ve gone through ups and downs when it comes to my weight and overall health. Growing up, I wasn’t fat or skinny, just average. I picked up a few pounds in college, dropped some of it during my first real job, and watched as it slowly came back.

Over the years, my weight has fluctuated a bit. As with the stock market, it’s been volatile at times but continued a slow climb upward.

I was worried about my health but didn’t really know what to do about it. Dieting and exercising were too hard to stick with. As the years progressed, I stopped caring as much. I became indifferent to my health.

What I needed was a wakeup call, which is exactly what happened. During an annual checkup, my doctor informed me that I was on the fast track to diabetes and heart disease. He told me that if something didn’t change, I better start planning my will.

As with every previous visit to my doctor, he gave me a list of recommendations. Cut back on processed food, eat more whole foods, and start exercising. As with every previous attempt, I followed his advice for a few days.

Giving in to Temptation

The first time that I passed a fast food restaurant after that doctor's appointment, I almost turned into the parking lot. My self-control and desire to live a longer, healthier life overcame my desire for greasy fries and burgers.

The second time that I drove by the same fast food restaurant, I couldn’t resist. I gave in and soon reverted to my standard routine.

My breakfasts typically consisted of cereal or microwavable breakfast meals. For lunch, I’d usually stop at my favorite fast food joint. Dinner was a rotating menu of frozen pizza, pizza delivery, and more fast food. The most exercise I’d get was mowing the lawn with a self-propelled lawnmower.

I realized that this lifestyle wasn’t perfect. I knew that if I wanted to lose weight and get in shape, something needed to change.

Of course, nothing did for a while. I continued to eat whatever I wanted and rarely left my couch after I’d get out of work. My afternoons centered around streaming the latest TV shows and washing down pizza rolls with soda pop.

As you know, the older you get, the faster time seems to slip by. A few months can pass before you know it. Before long, it was time for my next yearly physical.

Another Trip to the Doctor’s Office

Going to the doctor is sometimes a scary experience, especially when you don’t follow your doctor’s recommendations. I knew that I was in store for a stern talking to.

To my surprise, my doctor didn’t have any harsh words to motivate me to change my lifestyle. It was a straightforward physical.

I had gained another 15 pounds since the previous year. My cholesterol levels were through the roof. I wasn’t healthy and my doctor seemed to lack concern.

At first, I was a little put off by his laid-back attitude. Over the next few days, I went over the visit in my head dozens of times.

I realized that my doctor had become indifferent to my health issues, just as I had. I couldn’t blame him for not caring. I continually failed to follow his advice, so he was done giving advice. My health was in my hands, not my doctor’s.

At this point, I was no longer happy with myself. I felt depressed when I ate instead of experiencing the joy that used to come with a side of fries. Of course, when I got depressed, I only ate more.

Luckily, this is not where the story ends. I eventually found the secret to a happier, healthier life. It completely transformed my lifestyle.

You now have the chance to discover this secret for yourself.
