BTS Security's CEO and founder, Beni Tal, started the company in 1981 to provide a full spectrum of security and defense options to meet each client's specific needs. From security as complex as that which surrounds the Prime Minister to temporary corporate security, Beni Tal has made it his goal to offer proactive solutions to his clients. That is the idea that the Security Company was founded on, and is still the ideal which drives the company.
The protection of human lives is our ultimate goal; everything that BTS does is towards that end. We want you to know that when you hire BTS you are hiring professionalism and reliability. BTS has three divisions operating in Israel and another branch abroad. We serve clients from all sectors of public and private life, as well as certain government officials.
We study each job, and custom tailor a solution for that specific job, with redundant back up plans. Depending on the level of security you need and what type of situation it is will determine which division will handle your particular case, and in the larger cases all four divisions can work together, forming a cohesive whole. Cooperation between units and outside contractors is an essential part of the security detail operation.
No case is cookie cutter - the true effectiveness of a security firm is not just people that are good with guns. If it gets to that stage, it simply means that the first lines of defense were not properly designed or adhered to. The entire purpose of the security firm is to behave in such a way that it defers or defeats attack through vigilance, routine switching and close surveillance.
Of course, there are other tools too - that is the whole point of our process. The battle can be won or lost in the planning, and the planning is where Beni Tal and the Security Company have always exceeded. Each job is going to require different levels of protection and different areas of expertise. BTS has the personnel for the job, whether it is 'simple' civilian duty or a paramilitary style embassy operation.
BTS has provided security for many public figures, including Itzhak Rabin, Mr. Shimon Peres and others. We offer the same level of professionalism and dedication to task to all our customers, and we offer training programs as well. These are geared towards the private and government sectors, and the military sector as well. The training is mobile - we can set up camp at your operation and give your men the specific skill sets they need to accomplish new tasks.
BTS is also looking outwards on a greater scale as well; the world is becoming a more dangerous place, and we are forging new ties and acquiring agreements from private sector clients and government bodies in the most relevant markets worldwide. These efforts will increase our effectiveness in overseas operations capabilities.
Beni Tal is the CEO of BTS Security, and it was founded to supply custom security needs in a quickly changing world to protect the lives of our clients; that is still our number one goal.
