2010 went by particularly fast because of so many challenges, socially, economically, politically and spiritually. Some of these changes were exciting and fun to some people. Others saw them as barriers to their personal or business development.

The biggest challenge for many marketers was how to increase and improve on their article writing techniques to satisfy the needs of clients.

Since article marketing is the most effective method of exposing any website to customers, many upcoming webmasters continued to work and learn from the experts and mentors so as to offer quality and professional contents to their readers and ezine publishers.

Many subscribers have benefited from reading these interesting and educational articles. A good number of authors have received compliments from seasonal readers that the quality of their articles had improved tremendously and that it gave readers a lot benefits to make an informed decision whether to start online home business or not. If you were one of the subscribers, you may have already been enjoying and benefiting from those quality and unique contents.

Business trends

2010 was a year of ups and downs; sales were very bad as the world economy was on the meltdown. It took efforts and courage to survive the recession.

Many companies reduced labor while others completely closed down, leaving experienced workers stranded, no where to go or look up to for help.

We saw many people searching for solutions on the internet... how to earn extra money or start work at home business as the only security for their future. This trend gave many marketers encouragement to write more articles on" work at home niche".

Those who persisted meeting the needs of thousands of people searching the internet enjoyed an increase in conversion rates by 16% per day and sales started picking up again in the last quarter.

Better and rewarding programs

During the year 2010, there were more new programs or products developed than the previous year, just to improve the experience of customers who were searching for work at home ventures. Some of these programs had a greater impact on many lives, putting money back in their pockets. Most of them now pay weekly, making it easier for newbies to have money to build their businesses faster and successfully.

Personal growth

This is the greatest thought to have. It brings personal growth, change and progress to an individual. It is a plan for your personal development and future growth. It is the road map to follow, whether you want sales to increase, improve your profit margin, grow your assets, all you need is to prosper.

To make this a reality, you must have a strong affirmation, understand your motives, and work on your personal attitudes and beliefs. You should also endeavor to learn new skills and then set specific goals.

Many people do not define the course of their lives. They have no direction. They are easily blown away by the "wind." Are you one of them?

When you know the direction you want to take, then work towards that and do your best to achieve that in a specified time. This is what many people fail to do.

During the year in review, did you walk the same path as others did or found a reason and made a choice not to be like everyone else in the family, work place or community?

You have the ability to choose to live... to become a winner, not a loser or beggar. To get more out of life and to dream big, to accomplish greater things in life, to leave a legacy for your children and one day to win big.

Do you look at the possibilities of winning?

The beginning may be rough, it may take time but get the courage, do not let the bad and ugly feelings shape and define your life. Instead focus on the positive things about yourself, and that is to be a winner!

Do you define yourself as a person who could take complex challenges that come your way and see them as greater opportunities?

Do you see opportunities where others see problems? Being able to dump and bury all those negative things that you think about yourself and adopt a new mindset to succeed in life?

Even in times of recession, do you get moved or see this as a challenge and never allow the environment or current economic situation determine the end of your success? The answer should be a big NO!
Always view these difficult circumstances as great opportunities to build your business, professional career or any sport, knowing that there is potential benefit that your competitors, friends and family members would not see and that is to fulfill your dream.

What is coming in 2011 and beyond?

In 2011 and beyond, you would like to see even more improvement on the quality and content of articles as many authors work hard to provide you with more educational and business tips to help you with your online business.

The message that you will expect in most of the publications would be, "seeing challenges as greater opportunities and not to allow the environment define your destiny." People were born to be winners despite their past failures and experiences. Many of the successful people you see came from humble back ground but defined their lives not to be like everyone else. You can as well, just change your mind set and you will achieve your goal.

I hope this article has inspired you. Remember, Think Big and WIN Big!
