A hot cake in the tourism and property dealing industry "Timeshare" refers to the right to use a resort or holiday property by few or many joint owners. The partial ownership of the property generally in holiday destinations is reserved for one particular owner only during the allotted period of time. The system is well set and allotments made are wisely designed so that no two owners have a clash during their stay. This theory of Timeshare generally works in case of resort condominium or rest houses where premises such as the lift, gallery etc. are for common use.

Most people wish to have a holiday home of their own, but realistically only a few can afford to have one, thanks to such high prices of the properties that make this dream of the many so impossible to fulfil. Well for those who can afford one of the luxurious vacation homes it certainly is a mark of achievement and is a very good investment. Hey, but no more sad faces; this new Timeshare theory will not only get huge smiles on your faces but also give you a luxurious vacation home to enjoy with your friends and family.

Property dealing has a huge market and is a booming business; it offers great variety such as residential houses, commercial offices, lands for industrial purpose, etc. but the newly developed concept of Timesharing that is only half a century old has caught up fast and big in the market. Buying and selling of Timeshare is not something everyone could do as it needs a lot of investment and marketing tactics. Beware of all those scammers lurking to attack you in your ignorance.

Selling your share of timeshare could be tricky and not at all profitable, because of the huge gap between the supply demand ratio between the number of timeshare flowing in the market and the number of people willing to buy the same, but with a little knowledge about how this industry works and some selling tips you can make yourself some profit. Firstly be very sure if you really want to sell your property and research about various companies who are in the market and could be interested in your property. Then analyse your properties worth, get an exact figure of how much your property stands for today in the market from a professional. Also find out how much did someone else sell a similar property for? in recent times. Advertising through internet especially free advertising classified sites could be inexpensive and could reach international customers too.

Remember that selling such a property in the market all alone for a profit could be real difficult as buyers would get the same at lesser prices from property dealers therefore try taking help of a professional timeshare broker if you want to sell your property real quick, but if you are in no hurry then wait and study the market minutely until you get a good deal.
