By making some few changes in your lifestyle, you will surely be able to lose weight without exercise. But remember that the process is never easy, so it will take a lot of time and patience on your part, in order for you to end up successful in your quest of losing weight. If you really do not want to go through any types of exercises, why not enroll yourself in a dancing class or play your favorite sport, this way, you are still able to burn off a big amount of calories, without doing an actual workout.
