Should I leave my partner?

A few days ago, while surfing one of the forums, I came across a question by a woman asking, “Should I leave my boyfriend?” She says that he is “cold” toward her and doesn’t show any feelings toward her. She went on saying that he cares mainly about his work among other things.

Many women after they get into an argument with their boyfriend or husband if they are married, ask themselves the question, “Should I leave my boyfriend?”

If we analyze this situation, you will find that the woman who asks such question usually is focusing all her attention and mind on her argument with her boyfriend and all the negative qualities in him. In other words, she dismisses all the good attributes that he has.

Instead of focusing entirely on the negative qualities and the argument, she should focus her attention on the positive qualities in her boyfriend before she asks, “should I leave my boyfriend?”

If you are a woman wondering if you should leave your boyfriend or husband if you are married, first ask yourself the following questions:

1. Does he treat me well?

2. Does he provide for the house?

3. Is he faithful?

4. Is he supportive?

5. Do I trust him?

6. Does he care and spend time with me and the children (if you have any)?

7. Does he respect me?

If you answer “Yes” to the questions above, then you will know that you are wasting your time by focusing on the negative issues and you will realize that you are probably concentrating on trivial issues.

Are you going to let small arguments affect you and your partner because of small, trivial arguments? This is one of the major reasons why couples split and you don’t want to do the same, do you?
