Foul smells are something that annoys everyone. The feeling that one gets when such kinds of sensations are caused is very unpleasant. Foot odor is one such thing. It is something that everyone wishes to avoid, as a matter of fact. The stench that comes out of stinking feet is not just disgusting to the nose but also embarrassing for the one who is causing it. As a result, it is always better to take steps that are required in order to prevent or avoid it. While it is not considered a serious health issue as such, it is important at the same time to realize that much discomfort must be being caused to those around someone who suffers from this problem. As a result, it is not only vital but also necessary to treat this issue as opposed to taking it for granted as an insignificant one. • At the same time, it is an unhealthy thing to have unclean feet as that can lead to many other kinds of problems. Skin allergies and fungus or infections around that area can result out of this situation. • The bacteria that grow in these places reside over there and further complicate thing. • Hence, it is always better to cure the condition before it gets to a stage that is more worse which makes it unavoidable and an implication to go and visit the doctor or a specialist. • The main cause of there being a soiled state of the foot is mainly due to accumulation of sweat in these regions. What happens is that there is much or excessive perspiration in these parts of the body, which then creates the problem of odor. • Therefore, it is advisable that such people try to keep away from wearing socks as far as possible. This will help in keeping the feet open. A supply of air will constantly reach out over there. • This shall ensure that there is not kind of buildup of unwanted organisms over there. • Similarly, it is also a better measure to wear open or reasonably unlocked footwear. This will assist in making sure that the feet are not locked or restricted in a very small and limited amount of space. • Keep washing your feet regularly with antiseptic and water. • Soaking the feet with vinegar once or twice in a week, before bedtime, helps to reduce the odor problems. After soaking for some time, thoroughly wash them & pat it dry. Cover them with socks & feel the freshness of the feet early in the morning. These ideas will help to treat the condition fast and keep your feet fresh.
