How can you define happiness? Almost everything you've done in your life has a purpose. And the top on the list is bliss. But why do so many people rarely do something to find it? Why does it seem so difficult to find happiness most of the time? Have you ever tried to find blissfulness just to realize that you're looking at the wrong time and the wrong place? Do you know why we experience this kind of circumstance? It is because we don't really know what happiness is to us.

Take a deep breath, sit down and relax and then define what happiness is to you. Once you know what it is you'll know what to seek for and and go after it. To find satisfaction is the greatest desire of all human beings. Without it, what would your life be? It's the purpose why we exist in this world.

It's the state which only you could create. Nobody knows if you're happy or not. You're the only one who can determine it. Sometimes material things or somebody can help us achieve contentment in life. But do we have to wait for somebody or something to do that? And the worst thing is we expect our pleasure from faith.

Don't you know that we make our own faith? It's not because of anybody else or something else, it's because we desire it. With regards to happiness, depending on outside circumstances is one of the biggest mistake we've ever had. Self satisfaction will never ever find you because you are the who is making it.

You create it and it's up to you how to share and participate with it. Sometimes we recognize that someone makes us unhappy. Somebody breaks our heart, our enemies ruin our day and our rivals lower our self esteem. Everything that happens to us should be taken positively. Appreciate whatever circumstances that surround you.

Our troubles help us build the new character the we ignore deep inside. It's hard to find but possible to expect. It takes a lot of effort until you can reflect on your own satisfaction. All you have to do is say what you want to say and make whatever you really want to make.

You've got to love yourself. This great feeling of love is similar to the solid foundation of a building; it's the most solid basic emotional framework of human beings. Usually we take this for granted because sometimes we feel that we're on the top of the world. But what if you are the one who can't see and hear it.

What should you do? You should value every single moment of gladness. Sometimes our desire is also a hindrance to achieve this essential feeling in life. Instead of worrying about getting your desire, relax and experience the fullest life. Feel the enjoyment of your inner satisfaction towards working and achieve things that you desire.

Soon, you will feel real joy. Life is very scary place with lots of trials and great misery. A little bit of blissfulness can brighten the darkest days of your life and help us to deal with whatever difficulties we may encounter. It doesn't have any restrictions, guidelines, boundaries and even age limits.

Go and search for your little bit of happiness. Make it your goal!
