Life is too short! You should enjoy every moment of it. However, there are many ways how to live a healthy lifestyle that will make you live a long life. A good guide to live your life will benefit more years. They said that if you love your family should take care of your health and begin to watch what they eat and drink. Here are some simple tips on how to easily live a healthy life:

1. Food - Always remember that everything you eat will show on your body. If you eat healthy foods like vegetables, fruits, foods high in protein, calcium and minerals, but it shows in their body shape and skin complexion. The secret is to have discipline and make a habit for you to choose the right food. Do not just eat whatever you want. Make sure to satisfy your cravings and healthy at the same time. You also need to moderate what you eat. Like sugar, oil, and fatty foods. Fish and meat should also be moderate. Soups and vegetables are recommended to be good for your body. The food came from different recipes, traditional cooking styles and that means you need to understand how you're cooking and how it will help for a healthy lifestyle.

2. Exercise - Exercising regularly and make it a habit. It is not necessarily to do in the gym, the simple set-ups, walking, dancing, running and swimming are good exercise for you. The exercise takes a lot of courage and determination in particular for people living in a hectic schedule. The good thing is when you start doing the next day will be easy for you. So it's only a matter of when it will start exercising.

3. No smoking - Stop smoking! Smoking is bad for your health. They have said they will kill you and shorten its life. If it is true or not, you have to understand that smoking is a bad habit and it has nothing to do to live a healthy life.

4. Moderate alcohol consumption - alcohol can be good if it is moderate. A limited amount of alcohol that our bodies need. Do not exceed the limitation of the body. Drinking does not have good effect on your body. It can lead to addiction and ruin your life worse.

5. Self-awareness - Among all the information and advice mentioned, everything can be done with adequate information on how to achieve a healthy lifestyle. It also takes courage, discipline and self-determination.
