If you have felt over the years that you would benefit from growing a little taller then you may have looked at a number of options but perhaps the main one that is often overlooked is the possibility of increasing height in a more natural way. There are plenty of products out there such as GrowthMax Height Increase Supplements that can really boost all of the efforts you are already putting into the necessary lifestyle changes you will need to increase height.

If you are not aware of what these lifestyle changes are then you will find out everything you need to know right here. The major change you can make is improving your exercise regime, or at least altering it to include stretching exercises. You might already incorporate some of these to limber up before a work out but there are some exercises that target your legs and back so that you can optimise your chances of growing.

Why your legs and back? Well, these are the areas that make up your height so if you want to increase height then it makes sense to focus on these parts of your body.

It goes without saying that any exercise is good for you but learning about those that will increase height specifically will give you the best chances. Stretching out your back prepares your spine for growth and strengthens the muscles that support your spine. The same is true for your legs. Stretches that work both your legs and back are the best ones to do.

The forward bend is a simple one to try. You can stand with your feet together and with your hands placed on your thighs, bend your hips so that the top half of your body stretches down towards your toes. Keep your knees tight as if you bend them you will counteract the stretch. Your aim is to reach as far down as you can manage but you might not be able to do this at first so the key is to keep trying. To stretch out your spine in the other direction, simply do the same but bend backwards as you go. You won’t be able to bend as far so only go as far as you are comfortable. If you want to increase height this is a good bend to master.

The downward dog is slightly different as you will need to be on all fours for this one. From the starting position you should inhale and as you do ush yourself up with your arms and legs so that your hands and feet are still on the floor but your back is arched upwards. Your legs and spine will stretch out. As with the previous exercise you might not get it straight away so keep trying.

Another exercise that will help you increase height is the head to knee stretch. Here you sit on the floor with your legs out in front of you and your back upright. Bend one leg so that your knee is pointing away from you and your heel is brought against your leg. Bend forwards from your hips with the aim of reaching down so that your head is against the leg that is stretched straight out infront of you. Practice will help you get there but it important you don’t push yourself too far and that you only do what is comfortable.

If you would like to try other natural means along with any of these stretching exercises then you could try HeightGrowth Plus Grow Taller Pills, for instance.

HG-Plus Height Increase Pills will help you to increase height by focusing on your diet and nutrition and will help you to get the most out of the exercise you do!
