Simple Home Remedies to cure Acne /Pimples

Pimples/ Acne is one of the common skin conditions everywhere. Treatment of Acne can be expensive and have side effects like redness and irritation. That’s the reason people look for natural remedies/ home remedies.
I am going to share with you some home remedies which is easy to make and to apply on your skin.

Causes of Acne?

When the pores of the skin get clogged with oil glands and dead skin cells acne starts to take place.
So let’s start with the remedies:

1. Green Tea:
Green tea is mainly known for fat loss and good health.
No studies have shown that drinking green tea helps for acne, but if you directly apply it on your skin its help a lot. You can buy cream/ lotions containing green tea, but it’s easy as well to make it at home.
Steps:
• Steep green tea in boiling water for about three-four min
• Wait till tea gets cool.
• Apply tea to the skin using a cotton ball or pour it into a spray bottle.
• Allow to dry, then rinse water and let it dry.
Add remaining leaves to honey and make a mask as well.

2. Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple Cider Vinegar is made by unfiltered juice by pressed Apples. Apple Vinegar is also known for its ability for fighting bacteria and viruses like other kinds of vinegar. Its been shown that apple cider Vinegar contains many acids that kill acne.
Steps:
• Mix 1 part of Apple Vinegar with three-part of water.
• Gently apply the vinegar mixture to the skin with the cotton ball, after cleaning face.
• Wait for 5-30 sec, rinse with water and let it dry.
• Repeat at least 2 times every day.

1. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is the gift from nature, produces a gel which is best for the skin. That’s the reason aloe vera is added in lotion, cream also in soaps. It mostly treats the rashes and burns. You heard right aloe vera is used on rashes and burns parts.
The reason to use Aloe vera for acne/ pimples is it contains salicylic acid and sulfur which is mostly used for acne treatment.
You can directly use gel on your skin or get a pure aloe vera gel from the store.
Steps:
• Scrap the gel from the plant from the spoon.
• As a moisturizer apply the gel directly to the skin.
• Do it for 1-2 time each day.

1. Honey

For almost thousands of years, Honey is used to treat skin conditions. It clear waste from clogged pores as it contains many antioxidants. Honey is put in wounds by doctors as it's antibacterial and wound-healing.
Steps:
Using a clean finger or else use a cotton pad then rub a little honey on pimples. Otherwise, add honey to a face or body mask.

2. Garlic

Garlic is used by medical practitioners to treat infections and the ability of the body to fight germs.

Steps:
Add more garlic to your diet to fight with inflammation and infections caused by acne. Make it into a hot drink,
Don’t apply garlic directly to skin as it burns the skin and leads to irritation of the skin.
