- Cut out all junk food! This is the first step to success; it's not just exercises that are required, but more importantly, changing your diet. You want your body to stop taking in processed food. No more burgers, pizza, fries, or eating out in general.
- No more processed food! Processed food includes anything which has been altered from its natural form. That means, wheat products, bread, crackers, deli meats, mystery meats, cheese, noodles, and more. It may seem crazy, but this leaves you all of the healthiest options on the market, no dieting required! Simply cut out the junk and eat as much as you want of the healthy stuff, which brings us to the next point:
- Eat lots and lots of fresh food! You may now eat unlimited quantities of the following foods: leafy greens, all varieties of peppers, fruits, melons, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, whole milk, fish, shellfish, chicken, turkey, eggs, nuts, almonds, and any other food in its natural state!
- Drink water and nothing else! Okay, there is some leeway with this one; you may drink coffee (no sugar) and tea, as well as whole milk. Absolutely no sodas, and cut out all those juices from the grocery store, since they are full of sugars. The only way you can drink a healthy juice is to squeeze your own fresh juice!
- The final point is to begin a full-body, intensive exercise program. You'll need to commit to at least 1 hour per day, 5 to 6 days per week. 2-3 days can be spent doing cardio exercise, such as jogging, cycling, or brisk walking. The most important type of training will be resistance training, which should be done at least 3 days per week. If you can do more, even better! To get rid of love handles, don't worry about doing abdominal exercises only. Rather, do whole body workouts, because this will burn more energy, and in turn, burn more fat.
Follow these steps closely and in 8 weeks, you'll forget you ever had love handles at all!
