Simple Stretches That Help You Fight Back Stiffness

Then bend forward and try touching the toes of the extended leg with both of your hands. Once you've touched them, hold the position for a few seconds before returning to your original position. Now try the same with the other leg. The sideways bending is also handy to get shot of back stiffness. Sit on the floor with the legs crossed. Now join your palms together. Raise them above your head level. They must be straight enough. Now, you need to bend on one side of your body with the arms stretched to the fullest. You must alternate this activity with the other side. These stretching routines are quite beneficial but the sole hitch is they work just for mild forms of back stiffness. Severe sciatic and other forms of back trouble cannot be cured with stretches. Whatever is your case, these easy stretches will surely ease your discomfort to some percentage.
