There are many simple fat burning tips to help you get your six pack abs, but what works for you? Each person is different and hopefully these simple tips will help you to get your six pack abs more easily when you exercise and help you feel better about yourself too. STAY MOTIVATED Never lose your motivation and determination. If you do, how do you expect to get those six pack abs? Magic Genie? If you don’t feel well, don't push yourself too hard. Exercise is still good on those days but just take it easy. On those days do what you love to do and what your body permits you to do. If a particular exercise hurts, don't force yourself to keep doing it. Do something else. You will only hurt yourself. MODIFY YOUR LIFESTYLE A LITTLE -- OR A LOT Make sure you have healthy lifestyle. Be healthy and be happy. Wake up early and do your exercises before you begin your day to day routine. Those ‘magic endorphines’ are great to start your day. Make sure you follow a healthy six pack abs diet. Do not skip your meals. You want to keep your blood sugar and energy level normal. Eat healthy snacks when you need a snack. Eat your meals every few hours. Do not overeat. Using the ball is great for your abs and balance. Use work out balls during your abs workouts to give more variety to your exercise routine and help strengthen your abs and back more. They’re good for your balance as well. Consult a trainer if you are not confident of how to use the ball and to learn the proper form for any exercise. Try to avoid eating before you exercise. It tends to make most people feel sick if they do. Avoid drinking excess fluids too before you exercise – just enough to stay hydrated. Too many fluids can upset your stomach too. Some say to drink a cup of black coffee before you exercise to boost your rnmetabolism and burn your fat during workouts,. Of course it’s easier to tone your abs and get those six pack abs when you’re young. As a teenager you will be able to get those six pack abs more readily than the speed at which you would do at the age of 40. But you can get your six pack abs. It’s just a little more work. REDUCE YOUR STRESS Learn how to handle stress better. Yoga and meditation exercises are great at helping you to reduce and handle your stress better. Yoga also helps you with your flexibility. Flexibility is important for your muscles. You’re less likely to hurt yourself. Regular exercise is a great stress reducer as well. Stress tends to make people retain water. You might also have a harder time to get rid of the extra fat as well. So try and keep your stress level down.
