Six pack abs take how long to get? But I want my six pack abs now!
It great to have a goal of getting six pack abs, but sometimes you just can’t rush a good thing. You will happy once you get there, so be patient.
Since you decided to get your six pack abs, expect to work daily towards your goal. It’s hard to tell you exactly how long it will take to get your six pack abs, but you will achieve the ultimate goal.
There are some abs training programs that will convince you that you will get toned abs muscles within 4-6 weeks or maybe 9 weeks. The time frame taken to achieve your six pack abs depends on you, your habits and a few other factors.
GENES
Your genes will play an important role in determining how long it might take to get you your six pack abs. Some people have a naturally faster or slower metabolism. Some men lose fat faster than women and also the muscle building process tends to speed up for them. In comparison, women might take a longer period to lose waist fat.
People with strong bones and body structure will also respond faster to abs workout routine programs in comparison to those who have weaker body structures. Sometimes those with a broader structure will develop muscles faster, but the fat reduction in body mass will take a longer time period.
Generally, people with small bone structures develop muscles slower than those with large bone structures.
HOW MUCH BODY FAT DO YOU HAVE?
Those who have less body fat are sure to achieve their six pack abs faster. It is best to consult with your physical trainer on the perfect abs exercise program for you. It will comprise of an appropriate diet plan and specific abs and body exercises.
DIET
Another important factor for achieving six pack abs is your diet. If your abs program guarantees to get you the perfect abs in just 4 weeks and you don’t want to follow the program regularly or eat the wrong food outside your six pack abs diet plan, like oily, high fat and junk food, you will not make the best use of your abs program. It will take you longer than the original guarantee.
You must do the correct abs specific exercises in combination with cardio exercises and a healthy diet for the most benefit in our program. This will tone your entire body and not just your abs.
If you only concentrate just on your abs or miss out on the correct abs toning exercises like weights, kegels exercises, twists and turns, sit ups, pushups, balancing and crunches, you will not achieve your six pack abs program within the given time frame.
You need to follow your program’s guidance. And be healthy. Much as we’d like, you can’t always rush getting your six pack abs. How long will it take you to get your six pack abs? Stay the course and you will succeed.
