Avoiding sugar and junk itself eliminates 90% of the bad eating habits. Snack on unsalted nuts and dried fruits. However, don’t be too hard on yourself! Allow yourself some guilt free treats.
• MOVE RIGHT
Try to incorporate exercise into your everyday life. Take the steps wherever you can and try to move around when talking over the phone. Try not to sit for prolonged periods even when resting.
