A SMS reseller makes huge profit by reselling texts from another’s platform. For instance you are working as a reseller; you buy texts in bulk from your service provider and resell those SMSs to your clients at a premium. You buy texts at affordable price and resell them at a profit determined by you. This is how a reseller makes profit. He is free to determine his profit margin. The service provider has nothing to do with the profit of the reseller as the service provider is only concerned with its business. The service provider wants to see its business running.

It is the SMS reseller, who runs the SMS business of a service provider. The reseller makes clients and provides them satisfactory service. He negotiates price with clients and makes sure that he gets his profit. A reseller invests nothing in terms of technology and infrastructure but the role he plays in SMS business is crucial as he is the engine of this business. He makes clients and in this way brings business for his service provider. The service provider, in return, gives free hand to the reseller. The service provider allows its reseller to determine his profit margin.

A SMS reseller makes profit by selling more texts to many clients and not by selling expensive texts to some customers. The SMSs, he offers are cheap. He keeps his profit margin reasonable to keep the cost of the texts cheap. He knows that he could get business only when his clients find texts cheap. SMS marketing is the need of the day and every business wants to take advantage of this new form of advertising. For sending bulk marketing messages, a business has to approach a reseller because he is the person that can offer cheap texts to the businesses.

The job of a SMS reseller starts with sending texts. Reselling means flashing messages to the numbers provided by the clients. Sometimes clients ask the reseller to arrange the mobile number. In this situation, the reseller searches for mobile numbers and uses them for mobile marketing. It is a purely marketing job. The service provider installs the infrastructure required for flashing bulk messages. Also the service provider maintains the infrastructure. Providing training to the reseller is also the responsibility of the service provider. If the reseller feels any hassle in operating the infrastructure, the service provider comes to his rescue and makes things simple for the reseller.
