You realize or your doctor has told you that you have hemorrhoids: now what is the best hemorrhoid treatment. What is the best way to get rid of hemorrhoids?

That question is pretty easy, go find a good natural hemorrhoid treatment. There are a variety of treatments under the "natural" banner, so where should I start. The answer to that is always easy:
Sitz bath, this is always where to begin. A sitz bath is best done with an inexpensive add on to your toilet. It is a bowl like insert that you soak in. In it is a mixture of warm water and Epsom salts. All of these items can be found at the drug store, so you can be setup and soaking today. Plan on 10 to 15 minute sessions 1 to 5 times a day. The sitz bath will first of all clean the hemorrhoids and this is most important but it will also begin the process of shrinking hemorrhoids.
Witch Hazel, you can carry this with you and use it when you are out. Pour a little of it on your toilet paper and use it to clean yourself. Not only will you be cleaner, and this is important to heal the hemorrhoids, but Witch Hazel will actively shrink the hemorrhoids.
Lotions, if you have nothing else to use, use a good hand lotion like Vaseline Intensive Care. Use a little of this when you wipe. Clean as best you can and then put a little of the lotion on your toilet paper. This will clean better than not using anything, and you will have the benefit of the active ingredients in it.

So there are three ways that you can begin to treat your hemorrhoids. The other thing you should do is examine your diet. Your diet should contain fresh fruits and vegetables and moderate amounts of quality protein. It is that simple, you need the fiber in the fruits and vegetables to soften your stools and along with that the micro nutrients that will strengthen the walls of the veins in the anus that are bulging out to make the hemorrhoids.

Using these methods you can tame your hemorrhoids. If you have stubborn hemorrhoids you may want to look into some advanced natural hemorrhoid treatments, this includes the powerful Chinese method.
