The sport, which we call soccer” or “football, is called "American football" throughout the rest of the world. There are possibilities it may not be as popular in other continent or countries but it’s very popular in America. According to sports analyst and sources, the most popular sport in America is football. Their love for football is also considered as cultural, too. They invented and it is rooted deeply in their lives. The guys watching football on TV also learn to throw spirals in their backyard of the house. Normally they play football also known as soccer on the field during the break. Now the question arises, why they have so much inclination towards the game?rnThere is no denying the fact that Majority of the American population prefer football over another game like basketball, baseball or hockey. That is the reason that tickets to football are often sold out quickly and it’s very hard to obtain at the last moment. As a sport, Football is considered a “tough” or "hard" game. If you happen to see a soccer or football game you will notice that usually the football players are having good physique with good height, and they need it because of the nature of the sport. If a big guy trying to fight against you, you must be strong enough to resist him, to get away fast enough and sturdy enough to stand up and do it again. In fact, due to the roughness of the game, majority of the teams play a game per week and utilize rest of the days to recover from fatigue. While, if we see a baseball, teams play a few games a week, sometimes two games on the same day. With its reputation for toughness, football is also known as or considered as “manly” sport despite of the fact women’s also play for different nations. Characterizes such as strength, power, endurance, tenacity, are considered as manly, and these are qualities that are necessary in football. It’s very popular, because the team aspect. A man cannot play football, nor can one man win a football game. You need a whole team. You need a player to kick the ball in right director pass other player, player to block opponent and tackle, and people to pass the ball and run quickly as possible while dodging the other team members. If you score a touchdown, you celebrate with the team together, because they made it happen, and the fans are celebrating the success of their team. Soccer also has a basic appeal.
