Social media is evolving in a big way, and every day we are presented with a report showing the impact of social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, community forums and other large firms and small alike. It is transforming businesses in all respects. Business models are changing with greater access, choice and maturity in the cloud or SaaS platform.

Therefore, not only transforms the brands, but also affects the relationship brand / client and any other communication method used previously. It is simply the best way to communicate with a client. With the slowing economy, customers are becoming more cautious in their approach and want to be better informed before using a service or purchase a product. They have access to a wealth of information available online.

The companies have moved to exploit social networks to reach an audience that was exploited before. She is forced to consume all areas of marketing strategy because of their ambiguity and nature everywhere.
